Information on Teacher's Login Area

The Teacher's Login Area is a brand new facility for TCRG members of An Comhdhail. The service is not available for dancers or parents but is intended to provide all teachers with a very useful reference source.

Important Notes to read before requesting a new Teacher's Login Account.

If you are a TCRG member of An Comhdhail and would like to obtain an account for our Teacher's
Area then here's what you need to do. If you have any questions regarding creation of a new account please email us here on comhdhail@irishdancingorg.com.

Each TCRG member must email the website at this address "New Teacher's Account Setup" to request a new account.
You must contact the website from the email address you have registered in the Teachers List & include the password that you would like to use. Login IDs will be automatically given to you (See further details below).
Note that you must also include the membership number on your 2006 membership card (which will be sent to all teachers by Feb. 15th 2006), when applying for your account.
If you don’t have an email address registered, then you must email all your details as they appear in the most recent edition of the Teachers list and again include your 2006 membership number.
If you are a new TCRG member and your details do not appear in the latest Teacher's List then you may still email your request but you must include the contact details (Name & Email/Phone details) of your branch secretary with whom we can verify your TCRG membership before providing you with your account.
This procedure is being put in place to ensure that non TCRG members cannot obtain an account.
New accounts will be created & activated within 1 to 5 days.
If insufficient information is provided your application will be rejected.
Once you have received your new account login ID and password you may login to the Teacher's Area anytime you wish.
If you forget your password or wish to change it don't worry. Just email us at "Password Request / Change".

Your Login ID will be automatically created for you so you will not have to think of one yourself.

Each member's Login ID will consist of 6 letters.

Letters 1-3 represents your branch eg. dub = dublin.
Letters 4-6 represents the member’s name. 1st letter of first name followed by first & last letters of surname.
In the event of an ID being repeated (i.e. 2 members having the same ID), a 4th letter will be added to the second part of the member who requested last.
