Both weekends ran very smoothly. Numbers as big as always, competitions ran very much to time and results given out promptly. The sponsorship for this years event went a big way in helping to make the Championships a success.

Sunday Night at the Helix proved yet again to be a brilliant night. Our host for this years event was our very own talented Mr. Colm Keogh. Through to his form he did an excellent job on the night. This year all Figure Dance Championship Winners, along with the Parade of Champions and the winners of the Freestyle Competitions (both these competitions were sponsored by AXA Insurance) all took centre stage on the night.

A lot of hard work goes on behind the scenes. Plenty of hard work with all very dedicated voluntary workers. These workers were under the guidance of the Chairman of the Dublin Branch Mr. Michael Fennell, Secretary Ms. Anne Hunter, Treasurer Ms. Ursula Purcell, Feis Registrar Ms. Catherine Maher, P.R.O. Ms. Terry McCluskey along with Vice-Chairman Mr. Colm Keogh, Asst. Secretary Ms. Jean Hunter, Asst. Treasurer Ms. Siobhan Keogh and the Committee of the Leinster Branches.
